Couldn't find it. To my surprise you have to go to another platform for the other half of the show. For what!!!! When I tell someone about the show I send them directly to your TH-cam channel because everyone has TH-cam and knows what TH-cam is. If I tell them you have to download an app to listen to all of the show it's not going to happen. Because it's hard enough to get some people to even listen to me about the baby steps. It works it's all real not a scam. They say OK next time I'm on TH-cam I'll check it out. Your show is top tier everything you do no one comes close. Don't start making silly decisions now. Life is already full of complications don't make this one of them. Thanks for all you do. Stay safe God bless

Please know if you take Ken's advice and work from home it is WORK from home. I've seen so many people have the same mindset as Ken and then they get fired because they used a mouse jiggler and blew off work to care for their kids instead of taking calls or working. Nothing wrong with being a stay at home parent but its unethical to take a job and then not do the job you are paid to do.
He said to get someone, like a family member, to help with the kids while she worked. She could do that regardless of whether or not she is working at home or in an office someplace.

The only thing I have been able To Do is concentrate on Jaspreet Singh and Warren Buffer..I bought a 500 sq ft house for me..low maintenance/utilities..bought a litle house in Missouri. I paid less than $ 24,000 on a contract for deed. that I found on Craigslist.. renters ..paid for it..and I lived frugally and paid extra. In 3 years by adding a roommate to my very small residence and keeping the other little place in Missouri. I should be able to live without a social security check..31 months to go...inflation is causing challenges with car insurance and taxes..also repairs/repair supplies.

Message to James who recently sold his business for a lot of money and is feeling some guilt because of the small community. I don’t remember hearing what the business was but if there’s any chance that it put people to work in your community, you have already benefited them. You could also benefit your community in the future by setting up a scholarship fund that earns interest and could potentially run in perpetuity. You could put conditions in place for eligibility for the scholarship that align with your values and have part of the requirement be that they commit to staying in the community and working there for a period of time after graduation. There is so much that you could put in place with a small percentage of this money that could benefit your community in a huge way for decades if not longer. I really hope you see this post and that it gives you some peace of mind and creative ways to use that money to help your community in a very large way. Well done!

Dave is too wealthy and married to his Formula to realize where we are out here. Buying a house for most is insanity. Houses are inflated due to blue to red moves, boomer cash, greedy Realtors, etc. "Dating the Rate" is pitiful. What if job is lost or hours reduced? If you can't afford the payment with ease, you need to keep looking.
