Yes you can apply though GMAT, Generally up to 10% seats are reserved for Foreign Nationals.

Sir, would you advise freshers to work in an NGO now, like in August or September? Or should I only just prepare for the CAT?
You must have seen in my videos that to get direct advantage of work ex you must have >11 months of work ex. so even if you work in an NGO there is no direct advantage but yes you can impress you PI panel. now you have to figure out how much time demanding your job is gonna be and based upon that you should decide. We don't have a definite value for it as it varies every year depending upon the applicant pool and the institute's criteria for a particular year, but yes you should aim to score ≥ 80% in both.

Your 10th, 12th and graduation score is good, but you are not getting advantage of academic diversity also work ex is only awarding you with approx 2points out of 10. so to compensate this you should aim for 99.6 + %ile keeping in mind your LRDI percentile should be above 99%ile. i believe this should be safe percentile to secure PI call. rest it varies every year depending upon the applicant pool and their criteria.
