    Step 1
    Clean pork belly, blanch, rinse with cold water, cut into small pieces.
    Step 2
    Cut lotus root to small pieces.
    Step 3
    Add oil to heated wok, use low heat to cook fermented red bean curd sauce until separate, add enough water, add pork belly, lotus root and stir fry, add water to cover ingredients, add small amount sugar, turn heat to high until water boils, cover with lid and braise for 45 minutes.
    Step 4
    Uncover lid, season and taste, reduce sauce until thickens, serve.
