It took one day. A dinosaur with a... "human body part" as a head was created and published to the marketplace the day public UGC came out. The person who published it got banned... for one day. Then, they proceeded to upload a logo for a NSFW furry website which they did not get repercussions for.
The account in question, to my knowledge, is still up.

Terrible idea, they can’t properly moderate the current UGC market. It’s flowing over with literal copies of already existing items, especially limiteds.
After visiting a few shorts through my comment notifications I can say this video post is NOT inaccurate. There are shorts that have shown top comments before, and are now changed. Maybe there's been an update that switched existing shorts to newest first. No matter what, it should still be fixed.
