- In this video I explained that how you can check the clutch Assembly of your motorcycle in complete detail. Motorcycle contains multiple plate wet clutch. I explained 4 different points to check out the friction plate,clutch housing,damping rubbers,metal disc.

Problem is that bike running condition me agar clutch press karta hu to chain se khat khat karke noise ata hai,,aur pura press karne se awaz band hota hai...aisa hota hai ki clutch engine se disconnect nehi ho raha hai??

I have bajaj CT 100 old model bike. The problem of bike is clutch is not working perfectly . When we start the bike & close the clutch and gear will be applied then the bike will give the jump ,and engine will be turned off.
What's the problem Pls give the answer?

If you are driving properly under general road conditions then 31k is too early for clutch issues

जब बाइक न्यूट्रल में होती है तो पिछला पहिया freely move करता है। और जब किसी भी गियर में होती है तो पहिया लॉक हो जाता है।
क्लच प्लेट सही होने के बावजूद भी मेरी बाइक किसी भी गियर में हो.. क्लच दबाने पर भी पहिया काफी tight move करता है। इसका क्या कारण हो सकता है???

inhi self-repair-guruji ke ek video hain jisme woh valve lapping ke bareh mein sikhate hain. Aur usme woh kehte hain ki safed dhuan ka karan valve ke seat ghisne ke wajah se valve sealing theek se na ho rahi hai aur cylinder head se oil cylinder mein jaake jal raha hai.

सर् मेरे पास honda cb shine 2015 है 2000 km पर shell का आयल डालता हु 10000 km पर airfilter चेंज करता हु
लेकिन पिछले कुछ दिनों से बाइक का pickup थोड़ा कम हो गया है कुछ मेकैनिक को बताया तो उन्होंने clucthplate ok है ऐसा कहा और कुछ मेकैनिक ने बदलने के लिए कहा बाइक 30000 km चल गई है
क्या clucthplate बदलना chaye क्या सर्
Joshi ji,clutch plate ko change karnai ka koe fixed time nahi hota.
Chalnai ko 80,000 kms bhi chal sakta hai aur kabhi kabhi 10,000kms pai bhi wear kaar jaata hai. Depend kaarta hai road ,traffic aur person kai driving habit pai.
Best hai aap clutch cover ko open kaarkai check kijiyai plate kai condition ko. At the same time filter ko bhi clean kaar lijiyai.
