Wow! I saw one interview of these two promoting the movie and now I'm searching for everything with them in it together. Their comedic timing with each other is refreshing and another movie would he great.

THE INTOUCHABLES OMAR SY In Paris, the aristocratic and intellectual Philippe is a quadriplegic millionaire who is interviewing candidates for the position of his carer, with his red-haired secretary Magalie. Out of the blue, Driss cuts the line of candidates and brings a document from the Social Security and asks Phillipe to sign it to prove that he is seeking a job position so he can receive his unemployment benefit. Philippe challenges Driss, offering him a trial period of one month to gain experience helping him. Then Driss can decide whether he would like to stay with him or not. Driss accepts the challenge and moves to the mansion, changing the boring life of Phillipe and his employees.
@@joshuavanname1246 I understand what you're trying to say, but all the movies you just mentioned are American movies, the intouchables was a French movie. Yes you can watch that movie with english subtitles, but not everybody wants to read subtitles while watching a movie. Plus like I said earlier there are tons of foreign movies that were remade by Americans. Only cause the movies are so good americans want to remake them to show it with our take on it, our standpoint, culture, style etc. Hope I made sense lol. But I do understand what you were trying to say, the intouchables was a great film.
@@kaitlinmojica9678 You make a valid point. I am just tired of all the remakes out there. I am not a big foreign movie fan but found the untouchables be tear jerker. I feel if they were going to remake it then at least do so in the spirit of the original. This remake looks awful to me. Just awful.
nothing wrong with remakes, we live in the complain-about-everything era. this movie doesn't tarnish the original in any way if anything it just helps bring more awareness to it.

USA is one of the only country who does that (remakes) and it’s a bit sad because it prevents Americans to know more other cultures... no offense at all I just want people to understand that cultural expressions/creations ate the best trips ever...
