I purchased these from Amazon UK and the heat these give off inside the reflector headlight unit of my Ford Focus bubbled and burnt my reflectors inside my units, this cost me £600 for a new pair of headlight units for my 2019 RHD Focus.....these are dangerous and will cost users money for damaged headlights

How do they work? Do they get dimmed after 30min or 1 hour drive? Are they getting hot down where the connectors are? How these cope on Wet road? Still better than halogen?
Hey, I'm not certain how exactly they work, but they honestly work really well. They are super bright, I imagine they probably get hot, but it seems like they have little fans that you can hear turn on after a few minutes if you're in accessory mode (you would never hear it over the engine). They are much much better than halogens.

Any dash codes from the canbus or flickering?
Might be a check control, I don't recall and I've also got every other light on my dash lol. Can easily be bypassed. No flickering on startup however
Will this work on 128i headlights?
It depends on which ballasts you've got. H7s are used in base model pre and LcI ballasts. It will not work with the Xinon headlights. Double check which lights your car has
You need to do a little bit more work to make your headlights 'look' modern 🤣

Yes, if they're not xinon ballasts they should work

The bulbs mount the same, there's nothing that changed the angle
