    A walk into the Pattack Falls in Cairngorm National Park, and up to the remains of Druim an Aird settlement.
    We learn of the origin of the Black Watch and discuss the Mutiny which occurred early in it's history.

    Thanks for another great video. Glad to know what Drum and Aird mean. They're in a lot of Scottish and Irish place names I see as I do my genealogy.

    The ''dying in the blizzard''story I beleive relates to the Glencoe Devils Staircase when several men died on their way back from drinking in the KingsHouse they were caught in a blizzard on their way back to their camp where they were working on the new dam.
