alr randolph ill explain the whole turning on right thing. When you come up to a red traffic light, you have to come to a complete stop and then you can turn red as long as you check for pedestrians and other cars. The only time you are not allowed to turn right on red is if there is a sign that says "No Turn on Red" OR if there is a sign with an arrow crossed off. Hope this helps!

If the light is still burn red then its a full stop. If you're in the FURTHEST right lane then the plain red light is a stop sign ONLY to turn right. Otherwise if you're in the right lane and need to go straight then you have to wait until its green. If there is a left turn only left lane then you'll get a yellow light meaning oncoming traffic has the right away but you're allowed to turn when you can.

Randy the Venezuelan meal you had is called an arepa which is made from cornmeal called “harina pan” which is made into a dough with just water and salt then they can be grilled or fried (yours was grilled) and you had the “arepa pelua” which translates to hairy arepa and it’s called that because the shredded beef and shredded cheese (I use gouda) looks like hair strands

Few years ago I took a trip to Dallas and hired a chevvy SS for two weeks with my friend. We drove from Dallas down to the Big Bend national park which I highliy recommend you go to see if you plan on a longer trip. Got a ghost town called Terlingua, one of the most amazing BBQs there DB's Rustic Iron BBQ. Lots of stuff to see and do on the drive down.
Randy man…visiting as many states in the US and ranking them would be an amazing watch. You could try local foods and fun places to visit. It would be my dream to do an American road trip. If you wanna do an American road trip, I would strongly suggest the west coast (highway 101). The scenery is incredible the entire way down and also keeps changing with different geography. Plus you could check out some cool cities with Vancouver (ik it’s in Canada but still), Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, LA, San Diego
After you mentioned KillTony I wanted to subscribe. Then seeing you went to sushi by scratch I had to subscribe. Also as you mention nothing compares to the Austin vibe I've lived here my whole life and fall more in love with my city every year.

As a Texan who grew up in between San Antonio and New Braunfels i can honestly say that Austin in my opinion is the best city to live in here and miss living there very much as i was fortunate enough to live there for 3 years and made the most amazing friends as well as it was the best time of my life living there.

Coming to a complete stop is a big one that many do not do. Constantly get honked at because I do so.

Austin rodeo is typically in March…. And state fair is in Dallas in October. And the state fair also has a rodeo in it.
