Awesome video dude. Good job . Gotta say the GX90 engines ain't no joke. But man it's amazing that nothing got suck up in the engines with all that loose gravel.
Incredible video man! It’s interesting that Cayman has been getting the direct flights now with no NAS stops, I hope they’ll return to doing the stops even after COVID and the runway upgrades are done
I been mad jealous about that because prior to all this, I always thought that the reason our flight was shared was because Cayman's runway was too short for a full "Direct to London" takeoff.
cameronmd80 It honestly was but now because of heavily reduced loads and little cargo, they’re able to just go direct! I suspect though that once things open up more loads will increase and the stop will return
Beautiful video. Love the different views of the runways during take off and landing. Hoping things return to some sort of ‘normal’ soon. Thank you for posting these videos during these unusual times.
Two different flights with myself onboard (First Officer) - G-YMMB LHR-NAS on 02 Sep and the second G-YMMA NAS-GCM on 30 Dec. Thanks for the nice memories of better times! The flight on 02 Sep was quite something. Mid-Atlantic we still were not 100% that we’d get in due to the weather (had plenty of fuel to divert elsewhere) but it turned out ok. All the best!
I really like the angle and the closeness of your shot at 6:00 ; it gives a whole new perspective for the actual lift-off. Where were you compared to the usual shots ? Or am I seeing something that isn't there. I believe you will see BA back to Nassau before the year end, my prediction !!
Great video as usual. I still don't get why British Airways is the only direct European link, especially when you look at the amount of service other Caribbean destinations receive.
There's a lot of red tape at LPIA. High fuel prices. Apparently inconvenient airline union issues, and I also think it has a lot to do with all of the government's advertising efforts going into the US and Canada.
Nothing beats those TRENT 800 ENGINES

No prob, just doing my part. Starting to hear a lot of people now lamenting about the things that they miss around here.

6:00 Was at my usual spot on the side of the airport by RWY28. The same spot where I usually go to get 28 and 32 action.
Very good...Greeting from Italy..
Greetings🙌🏾
Amazing Footage Mate 🤜

@@cameronmd80Well they need to get their act together cause we need some more heavies at LPIA....for my sake if only. 🤣
Yeah Nassau deserves some more heavies lol, always wondered why European service was slacking. Hopefully it picks up in the future.
Good planes
The official intro audio track is back! Thank God cause...I don't know what that was....
