i cant help but to think, this is a manhua (manga type story form china) that clearly write by chinese, but all those story of manhua always give cruel redemption to those who do the wrong thing without giving them chance to atone their mistake after realising their bad deed, dont get me wrong in every manhua with angst story every character with enough conscience or brain that realise their mistake instead try to make amend with their past and improve their self, the author write them always either gone crazy or got accident to cripple as if they must pay their "karma", heck even after karma hit author still didnt give them a chance to improve themself but instead made them suffer for a lifetime... bruh i just find it hilarious why every manhua i found with a great stroy build up always end like this as if an agony and suffer for a lifetime always a great answer for those who did wrong but still had conscience (someone not pure villain/evil)
in this story for example, i know his ex is a cheater but at least she know her mistake (not some story where she blame him for her own mistake), cant back together with kind person like him and her company bankrupt because her stupid decisioan are already a karma , but as if it not enough author made car accident where in some story will crippled her... overall good story but how mostly all this manhua author think how karma work will always made me find it hilarious
There's manwhah with good stories? The only one I can think of is Solo Leveling and as much as I LOVE it, I can only say it's a good story at best.
@@bigainzfan6934 for an Action manhwa i really recommended "Castle", a story of mafia world that feels really like a real world and full of plot twist and the main protagonist is so badass, the art will give you goosebump currently on Season 2 with 65 chapter (around 160 total still on going),
for Fantasy manhwa "Eleceed" is so good with the character development and comedy currently 300+ chapter still going on,
and for romance manhwa i really recommended "Love Revolution" if you think "True Beauty" a good story then this one is much much more than that, this manhwa has reputation for 1 decade always on the top of chart korean naver webtoon (already finished 400+ chapter), the story about hishschool romance and really good, full of slice of life and having so much perspective from the character, the major story divide to 3 phase, at freshmen the story full of comedy and butterfly (chapter 1 - 160), at sophomore the difficulty of the relationship begin arise and the plot twist begun to arise (chapter 161 - 340), and at senior the story become really dark and full of angst due to the problem that accumulated from freshmen and sophomore class (they might be a teenager but the problem they faced is so common even in adulthood, its really good that made an adult enough to cry), its has really good ending

This is more enjoyable if you skip to 15:17. Before that I have no idea what is happening. Why he would put up with all that, what kind of hold her family had on the poor guy, or for what reason she had to behave like that (at the beginning at least) the female lead just exuded villany for no reason. Still I am up for hot and steamy night shenanigans as a side for my revenge stories.

I wouldn't be surprised if at the beginning he at least tried to be a good husband only to be humiliated by her :/ And she probably got his attention and sweet words a lot since he had to coax her for the Wang(Which was what both her and the Wang wanted from him...)

But both got to face consequences of their actions. Mc got humiliated for years and got cheated on and for Chloe she realised her methods of getting his attention were wrong. To sum it up mc got nothing from this marriage which should have been known fact this only he can be the victim here since Chloe didn't empathize or atleast considered his feelings once making the situation even worse than before.
