These books seem very well structured from what I'm seeing in your videos. I'm too far along in French for them, but if/when I pick up Italian again. I always use the google timer when I study too :)

Practice Makes Perfect series from McGraw-Hill. I'm using the Beginning Spanish with CD-ROM to start out. I also listen to "Destinos" an ancient series (1992). I've yet to get materials for that series, however it's pacing is slow enough that I'm beginning to understand some of the dialog. I also read a short story series by Olly Richards (Short Stories in Spanish). I also listen to most any Spanish produced Netflix series to get a feel for different dialects. "Velvet" was great show (4 seasons followed by "Velvet Colleccion" and the "Velvet Grand Finale."

How long does it actually took you? I can study a chapter for hours and get so discouraged at the end...
