Hi friends, if this floor trick is still not working for you, here are some troubleshooting steps: 1.Land Ownership: Make sure you own all the land you can buy. If not, that could be the issue. If you receive the message “Land not yours,” it means you haven’t unlocked all the writs at the town hall yet. I tested this with a friend, and after buying all the land, it should be possible to perform the floor trick. 2.Floor Tiles: The floor tiles you place need to come straight from your inventory. I noticed that a tile you’ve already moved around or used may not work. Follow the steps in the video, placing two tiles down as demonstrated, and it should work. If you still encounter issues, feel free to join my Discord server, and we’ll try to figure it out together.
How many plots are “all plots” I wonder? I just tried it and it worked (I’m on switch atm) but I own only 5 plots, including the very first one. And I’m doing this trick on this exact plot (maybe it’s important, idk)
@@morwenthewitchh all plots is ment open up all those squares on your plot. You have open up all by buying writs at city hall. You don't have all plots unlocked.

Lovely. Lately I built the Bird Statue outside of the back of the Right Side of the property and they've done something to make it bounce into my front yard every time I leave the game. But I was still able to build outside the default property on the Left Side back corner of the property. So that's where my Bird Statue is now, on top of small builder stones. Merrylogical in game.
@@Marylogical a bird statue, that sounds very cool. You know your way around out of bounds magic hehe. I love how we can , with a few tricks we can build out of bounds, the default property has many pretty corners.

@@Arrborrita I'm so happy to hear the video inspired you to create your own bar. For the fishtank, what works is place a buildblock down, shelf on that high enough that the fishtank can be placed little to the back. Then place the shelf on the wall. Idk if that makes sence?

It might be that something changed again with a patch, I haven't tried again to make another to test things out. So for now I don't have a solution for you sadly, then go around the bin.

No I wish hahaha. I was just lucky the first two days. Nowe I only get the one carrot and corn ones. And there is a trick for that tough. Fill inventory and ammo pouch with stuff thats not in the pile, and hop servers. Its a pain but a good way to get recipes since those wont need a inventory space. If it says invt full you know its a carrot. If it says loot its a recipe or a quest.
@@frayachaplin988 it's a little buggy to get it right I noticed. Sometimes I see people try multiple times and succeed after almost giving up. Some had problemens on a plot that had a landscape loaded, others did not Unlock all writs.
thats very odd, did you do it execly the same way? thats kind of importand. And dont slide the first one to far forwards as it then will be of your grid.

I have finally gotten it to work!!! Yes, you do NEED to own ALL plots in order to do this. But its too cute now.

i just did the shipping bin idea a day or so ago and it worked fine for me. its my first off property builds. now to try to make a hobbit hole XD

You can put you a second layer of floor and that might help with the grass issue.
Thats a great tip! I kind of like it atm, but for more clean builds a second layer would look better indeed.

We should just be able to build anywhere around your plot, by default. Maybe they limit actual buildings to the middle, but not the other stuff.

@@jessiraeann Idk what goes wrong for you. Might be to far forward so thet the first floor tile is not on your land anymore. This trick should work.

I tried for hours with the stone on switch and couldn't slip it under the bin. I had to build around it 🫠
