Does the material soak up the fluid that has dripped from the spindle? I worked for a company that made prototype composite molds from medium density fiber board. if one drop of coolant dripped onto the mold it would be ruined as it soaked it up and swelled. as always beautiful work and part setups! it has got to be a nice treat to not be machining hardened steel!
yeah, the rough milling looks a bit to cozy. at work we make first steps with this material - depends on geometry - with about 20-40mm. much more efficient. faster movement doest mean faster work. less feed speed and more milling delivery
Excellent work, I have worked on a similar material, very dusty and granular. Nice job, keep up the good work.
Много добро видео, а моделът а доста интересен. Хитър начин на захващане, браво!
Nice work looks like a motorcycle swing arm
Very cool. Looks like a casting for a swing arm for an ATV or motorcycle
Very nice looking part!! Must be quite the change going from the typical tool steel you guys work with to that material!! Great job great video!!
Thanks
post more videos great content the lack of step by step videos like yours ,,,,thanks for sharing knowledge
very good job cncfrezar
Awesome video. Keep posting more . Please
krásna práca, klobúčik dole👍👍👍

It absorbs in larger quantities. This was oil
Amazing
Is it some kind of prototype for die mold and casting ?
Probably yes
Krásná práce kluci :)
Dík.
How much time took this summary? Great job
Hi. Thank you. I cannot comment on times.
I'm guessing its a swingarm for a motorcycle?
Yes
👍
You could cut This materiał much much faster. Did you reduced it because of max RPM of spindle?
The maximum feed of the machine is F5000 mm / min. It can't be done any faster.

How to clean the machine...
Shovel and vacuum cleaner😀
What is this material ?
It's called an epoxy tooling board. This specific material is Ebaboard 60-1
