Will the PF effect the fuel consumption?

Power factor inversely proportional with current, so if power factor goose down, amps will be increased, then obviously fuel consumption will increase (even KW will remains same )

Mera dg 125 kva ka hai and usme power factor 0.95 it is acceptable or not?

It's not an issue, but you DG set will down its size 15% , means it's not 125kva it's will be 107kva.

Kw=kva*0.95
Kw= 125 * 0.95 = 118.75 kw.
Means generator capacity has to provide load of 118.75 kw.

Power factor is 1.1 i guess
How can i make it to 0.7-0.8?

It would be -0.9 or leading 0.9 , means it's negative power factor , which is harmful for alternator .
Most of your load is capacitive , capacitive load is causing of negative power factor, only option is reduce your load maximum 65% of the capacity
