If we don't punish our children when they don't listen to us, how in the hell can they learn the discipline. It works the same for puppies as well. Pet owners need to understand that everything should be under limits.

These animals were never meant to live in clinically clean environments and smooth floors. Wonder if they feel loved or punished. Unfortunate that I had to bring a puppy home to rescue him and now its becoming more and more difficult after a week to figure out how to let it out in the wild again where it can live its life in freedom.

Spray is not effective on my husky and chow chow, they are 5 months old. When I sprayed the solution in bathroom , they licked the solution Sir please sugges any suggestion for pee nad potty training
Rub the puppy's own urine tissue paper or something on that spot. He can smell that and do pee where you want it. You need to find puppy's urine pattern and take him there at the right time. E.g. 3 months puppy will urine after 3 hours, 4 months puppy will urinate after 4 hours and so on. So every 3-4 hours you must take the puppy to the urine spot and keep telling him the urine command. If he doesn't do, come back again in half an hour.

@@kinnyheenim7495 First of all, you need to limit puppies food habits. Feed him only for max 3 times a day, later you need to reduce it to 2 times a day. Secondly, after every meal, take him to his urine spot wait there (without much interaction with puppy) until he does his potty. Once he does it, reward him with his favourite treat so that he remembers the act. You need to follow this discipline for a minimum of 2-3 months. After that you can slowly stop giving him treats. But make sure he goes to the place for potty. Puppies will almost always go for potty after eating.

Please don’t get a dog in this case. My brother a college student got a dog, my parents were against it but they agreed eventually. Now he goes to college comes at evening and my mother is forced to take care of the pup. And my mother is really frustrated looking after a pup. My brother is the master and the pup listens to him, and is very spoiled towards my mom. We love him maximum but we wish we didn’t get him so that our parents just stop complaining about him.
