I watched this film a while ago and loved it but then kind of forgot about it for a while and I recently rewatched it twice and it has all of a sudden become my all-time favourite film. Every character is so complex and genuine and there are so many lovely moments that feel like real-life memories. So wonderful. Also, Greta Gerwig!
Love this movie. Blends melancholy with inspiration. I feel like it’s a slice out of what life is really like. It hits me with all the feels. I can relate with most of the characters and I love the narration. The acting is also great.
A film very very very close to my heart...And Julie is by far one of the most interesting female characters I've ever seen in a movie...!!! Elle Fanning is just phenomenal...
