Sir it's very nice information. But sir we had also used ms plate in anchore cone as precaution that the face of cone will not collapse against the pressure taken by the tendons
Usually it does not collapse, since quality is first assured before fixing the cone. But going on a safe side is a good deal.
@@CivilGyaan actually one engineer from skon (third party appointed by our company for prestressing work) suggest us to do this only for precaution. And the quality was ok

After applying required pressure +- 5% if required elongation is not achieved then what we will do
Well this doesnt happen, it happens only when there is excessive slipage in the wedges, or piston calibration goes wrong, in that case the elongation is called as failed one and we need to calibrate the piston again. Guidelines mentioned in the drawing has to be followed strictly.

Dear cable length calculation as per span length .
First check your span length and as per video discuss Jack , at least know Jack pisston length and you required modifed elongation than you very easy to know what is Regards this strands.
