Learning from natives gives me more confidence, unless non-native teachers have 18-25 years of experience with the non-native language, and have achieved high scores on English tests, prestigious academic backgrounds, I can't trust just any non-native English speaker Teachers. ☺️
It's one of the reasons I don't opt to teach people (professionally) Czech, Italian, or Russian. Yes, I know them well and, sure, I could get someone started, but there are things I'm still unsure of, there are many things I'm not perfect with, and I really advocate for learning from a native. Non-natives may be more familiar with some rules and such which is a good bonus. Not all natives, of course, have a (deep) formal education in their native language, BUT I will choose someone who speaks the correct way even without knowing why than someone not native who knows rules, but not everyone is willing to accept the "it's just how it is" explanation like I am
@@chrismusyt There's a teacher who's very popular on the internet, but because she's a non-native speaker, she makes a lot of mistakes. I know that many native speakers make mistakes, but from what I've noticed, this teacher's mistakes go a little further than that (I won't mention her name out of ethics and respect). I don't want to sound rude about it, but it can cause certain insecurities.
Fantastic work 👍👍👏👏👏👏
perfect, please continue ❤
As a native speaker I dont even think about strong vs weak forms, but it's a very helpful reminder :)
One of the things I find sooo cool about languages, they work while we don't think about it
This is good content for me in fluently speaking skill
@@tamhuynhthanh874 I'm so happy it helped!
