Hello sandy, please help me .. I created perfect books and when I started to get pre live order … Amazon asked for my ID or passport .. I belong to Pakistan … I followed their guidelines and uploaded the pdf or jpg file right way and with proper guidelines and every time they rejected and said it’s not correct and gave me two chances and then they said they’ll terminate my account and I will not be able to work on kdp again. Please help me with this. And I had already put in all my account details and everything but they required the passport or Id when my books were started to go on preorder … and the cancelled and terminated my kdp account. Can you help me with a proper help with video that I should know what mistake I was making or was it was on purpose. They even started emailing me saying that a normal low content book cannot go upload as there’s an issue with normal simple low contents books as well.
