Using this build with dreadqueen armor and the talisman that uses more kinship but boost rider skills, using a sword and shield combo, after they have a status plus thousand blades, plus defense down, sometimes I am hitting for 4to 5k with my rider. Crazy stuff.
The seregios gene thousand blades is also really good because if you get bleed on the monster you deal extra damage for your next attack + salt in the wound should be really deadly
Man, I have spent 106hrs on the Switch version of this game and seeing how smooth the FPS is on PC kind of makes me sad. I LOVE the portability the Switch gives, but that stability really makes me want to replay it on PC.
Same for me, so i decided to buy it on pc too and wow my eyes and head are thanking me🤣 but i play on the switch a lot too so I got no life basically 🤣🤣
If this makes you feel worse, which I know it will, I also spent 70h+ on the switch, and I just bought the PC version and started my replay. The PC version runs at stable 120fps on 2K. It gives a completely different level of satisfaction. Capcom really fucked up their switch release.
@@jackofnotrade9316 To be fair it should have just been designed for pc the PC release is still fucked up as well and a lot of things we could never expect to be improved because it was a port to pc just off the top of my head if you are in fullscreen and you tab out the game doesnt stay in fullscreen and the borderless window option does not function at lower resolution it just does what fullscreen would do if you also gave it a lower resolution than your monitor and lastly to do with screen size options, playing in windowed mode gives infrequent but unexplained performance drops every couple of hours just a quick choke for no reason even with hands off the controls
I would personally take something like Thousand Blades in Account. The Bleed Status does it to which the afflicted Target takes damage when part taking in an Attack
Yes. It just means theres no real major benefit but theres no room for diminishing returns. It's like a 12% buff that really matters in end game content and pvp
Yea it definitly matters, each bar on the monstie accounts for 1% crit, soo silverwind has 10% crit, crit eye xl when +2 gives 16% additional crit, I started putting it on all my monsties, I can definitly tell a difference when its not on there.
I know this video is pretty old, but started to play the game on my switch only a month ago..currently level 82, and have to say this build is really amazing! using my silverwind narga for every fight, superb! I still miss to find the last gene (Breaking gene XL) due to my bad luck to farm a bloody diablo...but I hope I will get it soon! (in the meanwhile I've subistituted with the L version of breaking gene...still works like a charm!). Many thanks for this gorgeous video!
I hope in future installments of this game we get to use Nargacuga as the main character's ace monstie. Rathalos is cool, but it can't replace my ninja kitty.
@@silversiren7046 Or at least have them actually DO something once in a while. Seriously, it's pretty awkward how in every cutscene where he isn't going berserk, he's just standing there staring straight ahead, not even interacting with other Monsties that are nearby. Ranmar barely did anything besides giving Kayna the cold shoulder and smacking Navirou around with his tail, but at least he had SOME level of personality for what little portion of the game he was in.
Thanks for the video ! I have a question though. Although I got this poison build finished I tend to use elemtenal xl armor when fighting bosses -do you think maxed out dread queen armor could compensate for that :)
Would it be possible to interchange the dreadqueen rathian's non element skill with the pink rathian's non element skill if you're getting unlucky with dreadqueen eggs?
Idk about nargacuga using status ailment builds is not vibing with me I really love the raw power and tankyness of nergigante i feel good when I see that beast ram other monsties its so awesome and powerful
It really allows your rider to do alot of damage, wont get as much out of the monstie as nergigante pump up build, but I am level 80 and with sword and shiel an all out talisman that gives buffs to skills and dreadqueen armor I am hitting for around 3 to 5k with my rider when they crit.
@@kasagure. I haven't played in a long time, but look up NoobNerd9's Kushala Daora build. It's pvp focused and based around skill seal while still being well rounded enough to use for pve too.
Please give me recommendations for my build : 1- arachnophobia (tech atk) 2- pump up 3- Venom strike (power atk) 4- crit eye XL 5- Divine bleesing 6-non elem attack Boost 7- salt in wound 8- inflict rate up 9- Venom Queen (speed atk) So now i have pump up and crit that means i lose 20% for non elemental dmg but i feel like i do a lot more damage having those skills on. Not sure if I should add some aoe skill instead of pump up or crit.
1 | 2 | 3

3 - Hellbreaker XL
4 - Might Gene XL
5 - Salt in Wound + Gene XL
6 - Smash Gene XL
7 - Arachno Venom Gene L
8 - Inflict Aliment Gene XL

Too much preparation
The seregios gene thousand blades is also really good because if you get bleed on the monster you deal extra damage for your next attack + salt in the wound should be really deadly
Silverwind has a gene that applies bleed from the start
@@chaseholt8867 if only I had one
@@chaseholt8867 can’t double attack with that skill, and it also costs more, and does less damage
I just bought the game today because of your videos and I’m loving it

Seeing now that modding is apparently really easy on PC makes me sad too
“Dreadqueen Rathalos” bruh
I winced every time the actual name was on screen 😓
Dragqueen Rathalos
Dreadqueen rathian
I built my silverwind nargacuga as a HtH/Kinship counter for expeditions, but I will definitely use this on my grimclaw tigrex!!
I'm still voting for Kirin!
Kirin a good ol boi
Kirin definitely
He’s already in base game… look for white elder egg with white center of star blue is velkhana
I would personally take something like Thousand Blades in Account.
The Bleed Status does it to which the afflicted Target takes damage when part taking in an Attack
I love Nargacouda so much! Thank you so much for this vid!
Does critical eye actually do anything for a max base crit monster?
I haven't found any noticable difference in crits popping up.
I think just like having multiple poisons this is an area the build can be greatly improved

just recently started playing the game and have been loving all your vids on it! ❤️ will definitely use them as guides for when i reach high rank
I love this, cute little poison panther hawk
Speak about stacking Venom and obnoxious Venom damage for 13 minutes and at the end "oh apparently they do NOT stack".... Yeeeee nice...
Lol I gave a mental wide eye at that point too
Wdym
So is not worth to have all Venom abilities?

I really hope as time goes on we get some of the cool new arrivals from Rise like Magnamalo and Goss Harag
Is the severe poison flat damage, hp% of the enemy monster or related to the damage/atack of our own monster?
I can’t wait till I can use this monsters and make this build. I just entered end game too

Same with Kushala. Can't find any builds for her.
same with dreadqueen
@@Jakeylicious7891 that's just cause even if Kushalas on our side, it's still an annoying b!tch😂
When the time comes, Soulseer Mizutsune has gotta be amped to the max. High strength water element is a unique one.
Would love to see someone make sand barioth powerful
Its realllly good in the early late game.
You named your nergi the same way I did XD I love it
I don’t think I’ve ever been this early one of your vids
What gene reduces monstie skill cost? Considering replacing divine blessing with its xl version
Soul Kinship XL. The easiest way to get it is from farming nergigante eggs in Terga Volcano Base

Nice build. Do you have a Thunder Kirin and a Ice Velkana for my coop only? (no pvp) I think these 3 monsties would be a good trio for coop!
You should do Your rathalos the mandatory Rathalos
What monster have the inflict rate up gene?
Kushala, congala, green congala, nergignate,
Etc.
I'm just working on making a powerful Kulu Ya-Ku
How about an OP bloodbath diablos?
I'm so eager to get my baby and stack them with poison and para ;v; they shall never leave my team♡
Holy shit I used it for the first time I hit over 900 with one of the moves at lvl 70

Sooo, which monster actually has the salt in the wound XL
Can anyone tell me a good way to get Salt in the Wound XL gene it is not dropping for me
Shrouded nerscylla
I focused on Paralysis. So I have a similar build.
Is there any dragon type speed monstie in the game?
There is a dragon type Palamute that you can obtain through multiplayer.
Velkhana would be aweeesome 💙💙

whats the best monster to use against the final boss in this game?
Nergigante, as he’s the strongest you can get at that point of the game.

Mizutsune, Diablos and Rathian
