Got a lift with husband-and-wife window cleaners in a car plastered with Iron Maiden stickers. The husband went on for 5 minutes about every Iron Maiden show he'd ever attended, and then looked at me and said "But you know, this is pretty good." Listening to Giorgio whilst driving through the firs and reindeer really blew my lid.
This song got me through the worst time of panic attacks and PTSD in my life. After I was diagnosed, every time I felt an attack coming on when I put on this song, it would always calm me down. Thank you Daft Punk

I stumbled upon a vid with Mick Guzauski doing a talk about how he mixed some tune. I then clicked another vid of him talking about mixing a Daft Punk album that took 2 years to mix off and on. He seemed to be proud of it so I run have a listen and I guess it was nice for what it is. Basically electronic dance with minimal sounds but this vocoder tune here.... I was just enamored with the chord progression and I've always loved a vocoder or talkbox sound and why doesn't every song have one??? hahaha Man, this is just addicting as f.... I didn't want the real vocals to come in EVER. I just wanted to hear that synthetic vocoder part go for like 10 min straight but the drums coming in was fine. Just the real human voice seemed like an intrusion upon the solace and syntheticness. Like walking in a quiet forest and suddenly you see someone else walking toward you. Just sort of spoils it. I could listen to this forever, it's so addictive.
I stumbled upon a vid with Mick Guzauski doing a talk about how he mixed some tune. I then clicked another vid of him talking about mixing a Daft Punk album that took 2 years to mix off and on. He seemed to be proud of it so I run have a listen and I guess it was nice for what it is. Basically electronic dance with minimal sounds but this vocoder tune here.... I was just enamored with the chord progression and I've always loved a vocoder or talkbox sound and why doesn't every song have one??? hahaha Man, this is just addicting as f.... I didn't want the real vocals to come in EVER. I just wanted to hear that synthetic vocoder part go for like 10 min straight but the drums coming in was fine. Just the real human voice seemed like an intrusion upon the solace and syntheticness. Like walking in a quiet forest and suddenly you see someone else walking toward you. Just sort of spoils it. Oh well.... that chord progression is so nice with the words. G#m7 to F#maj to C#maj to D# maj to Fmin7 then back down through those again to start over. Sweet.

I normally dont comment on music videos or even get emotional on these types of things. ive probably listened to thousands of hours of music pink floyd,neil young ...etc but these guys really just have a different feeling to music.
