Haven’t played over watch in a while. What is this double shield? Are talking about giving a character double shield or is that an update that I missed?
Basically there was a meta a couple weeks ago (it's been nerfed thankfully), where you could have two tanks that give shield - specifically Rein and Orisa. The two could literally full hold the enemy team by having Rein's shield out while Orisa's was on cooldown, and then switching. This got nerfed when Rein and Orisa's shield hp got reduced, so now people can actually get through the shields. It got reallly bad, though.
