NOTE: If you didn't quite understand the plot of the video, this should help-
A woman (the main character) is waiting for her fiancé to arrive for dinner. However, things take a turn for the worst when she receives a call from the hospital. The man had been in a tremendously horrific car accident on his way to the restaurant. She arrives at the hospital, where the doctors talk about what happened and explain that he has had fatal complications. Her fiancé will not last the night. Not wanting to lose out on the most important thing to her (marrying the love of her life, who had already vowed himself to her), she creates a plan to elope in the hospital before it is too late. Unfortunately, the man passes away from heart problems, but not before they finish their vows to each other. He dies happy, knowing that his final moments were used to remind the woman of how loved she is. With his final breath, he says, "Please just remember, even if I'm not there... I'll always love you. Forever and Always."
