S3+ is his normal look from all his previous roles.
Your perception is he grew rounder.
But reality is he shrunk to very skinny before filming this.
I remember a part he had in one of the CSIs in the 2000s, he was more round then, than S1 suits.

They could have hired Mike as a consultant from the get go where everything had been legal, but then half of the episodes would never need to exist.

Miss this show more and more everyday. Honestly have never felt so….attached to a show. Felt like you grew up with them. Over the course of ten years, so much has happen, and this show just means so much.

I always thought that there could be no dorks graduating from Harvard. I mean, at this level of competition every graduate must have some personality. Because grades is not all it takes to even get in, not to mention graduate from Harvard

@sameerkashyap1750 In my first job, I sat at the front desk for the organization. Once trust was built with my bosses, they always asked me what I thought about interviewees. Lots of leaders do this. Secretaries and receptionists are seen as the bottom of the totem pole by many. A great litmus test is how the interviewee treats them.
Probably one of the best opening episodes of a TV series of all time. Got me hooked

That's why the show was called Suits. Because Louis needed to buy many suits to accommodate his growth as a character. Don't think it's about lawsuits because that's just lazy.
The series missed such a huge oppertunity by not having Rick Sorkin in the show. It would have have been hilarious to see him show up as an advesary at some point
Rick missed his interview. Mike didn't get the job pretending to be Rick or stealing his identity when practicing law, wouldn't have made sense.

He could have hired him as a Paralegal and he could have been a lawyer later by proving his caliber
Paralegals for companies like Pearson Hardman still need a bachelor’s degree. Paralegals like Rachel has a bachelor’s degree. Mike was dropped from college due to his cheat sheet for the dean’s daughter.
True I'm sure if Harvey had Jessica meet Mike she'd have agreed to hire him as a paralegal too and after he proved his skills at the firm with all of Harvey and Jessica's connections you'd think getting him into a law school wouldn't have been a problem.
Yeah, thats pretty much my biggest strife with the show. It added so much unnecessary drama that I think really hindered the show. The best parts are when Mike and Harvey work on a case, not when the nth person finds out their secret so they have to scurry again
Well also in New York you don't have to go to law school at all you just have to pass the bar.

When Jessica said this to Harvey that you went to Harvard law & he replies I'm an exception then she adds find me another one that's when he knew what he needed to do to get an associate & that's why he hired Mike.
Harvey called the candidates "Harvard Duches." When Mike says the same thing to Harvey, that sealed the deal.
I loved the symmetry of this scene in the series finale, with Harvey interviewing for the job.

It's also when Suits was at it's best. We all knew from day one that they would get caught out because 'murica has the Hays code. Something to the effect that a criminal can't be seen to get away with it indefinitely.

I love it when Harvey and Ross switch roles “I’ll become the best lawyer you’ve ever seen” from the first episode first season to 9th season last episode
I love this fictional scene because it exemplifies how synchronicity often plays a role in redirecting our paths in life in a completely new direction. One we didn't plan for, didn't anticipate..
Realistically, they could have sat him down in front of some people at Harvard and begged for a second chance on his behalf and gotten him into Harvard law with how remarkable he is portrayed to be.

It’s really not. They skipped all of the establishing scenes that show a) Mike is a freak genius and b) he aspires to be a lawyer. All we get is that he can get a 180 on the lsat and that he read a novel in elementary school (isn’t that required?)
It was until Jessica left, and Donna became COO. It was trash at that point. After Mike and Rachel left, I lost all interest.

Of course they won’t call the cops because of it happening at a “Harvard” Law Firm recruitment interview.

@@DanielCruz-xq6eo I think it was stated that Mike was blacklisted from Harvard and other law schools because he sold the test to the dean's daughter. Which was all really Trevor's fault. If you think about it, Trevor was a really awful friend after everything Mike did for him. That was one thing I wish the show did better. Mike obviously cared about Trevor, so I wish the show gave Trevor a redemption story so they could have made up.
@@janhavi1977 I say being blacklisted from every law school was unfair to Mike cause it prevented him from going the legal route to attain his degree in law. I say when you cross the wrong person in life it can make life extremely hard to the point impossible to reach you goal in life if you have so much potential but, waste it doing jobs you know you are way over qualified for to the point the job just get boring but you have to do it cause you need money to survive.

It was the gloves. I don't know how I never spotted that, but it was the gloves.
The hotel employee at the entrance, pushing the cart, was wearing gloves. It's therefore reasonable to assume that all employees are required to wear gloves, this being a high-end hotel. Which makes it deeply suspicious when one of the employees of this high-end hotel - which is reasonable to assume is very strict with the employees to assure high quality service for all customers - doesn't wear gloves.
Everything else escalates from there. Mike suspects he's not a real employee, so he asks an innocent question. Any employee would have known the pool facilities are closed, so the answer gives him certainty this isn't an employee. So he asks for the time, knowing the movement would reveal any gun hidden in an obvious spot.
Louis did deserve the promotion.
