I think you set a great example by being honest about when you missed a morning session! It's probably tempting to appear perfect in a video like this, but I honestly find this more impressive. Thank you, Susie!
Also how she suffers in the mornings, I used to think people going training in the mornings just love it and don't suffer as much as me and then you see her trying to motivate herself and it's like oh nice she is human being and giving her best
And somehow, this video shows up on the very day I'm getting back to my gym training after a long time off (healing injury... pace yourself people!) ! 💪 LET'S GOOOOOO!
Literally same! Today was my first day back after a few months of being out due to not being able to afford the gym. But the second my income stabilized I was right back in the gym and now I’m super motivated because of her video!
I get so happy when you post. You have been my comfort channel for YEARS. As a bigger girl, you have made me learn to love my body and not take for granted all that it does for me. My perspective on losing weight has switched to feeling good over looking good. I cannot thank you for all that you have taught me. Lots of love from Missouri ❤️
BABY GAINS ?! GURRRLLL THE DIFFERENCE OMGGGG !! i fell off the gym back in sep/oct and i’ve been wanting to jump back in but i have no motivation since i’ll be on a week holiday in December so i just feel like my progress will disappear anyways but this video omgggg makes me wanna take my butt right back in !!!
this really gave me the confidence boost I needed again. In April I went through a horrific break up and after feeling all the emotions decided it was time to get back in the gym, I felt so weak starting out and could barely lift 10kg . I’ve felt pretty stagnant as of late but just have to remember how far I’ve come and how much stronger I feel 💕
We need more people like this telling us truth! Just finished reading 'The Skin Radiance Recipe' by Mrs. D. Its fascinating what they hide from society.
Last year I was in the best shape of my life after two kids and my body slowly started to turn on me. I was diagnosed with lupus in the summer and am now 30lbs heavier and have daily pain and mobility issues. Ive been watching your videos while I do my rehab workouts and it’s been so motivating. Thank you for your body positive message and your honesty, plus it’s nice to have a super sweaty gal to relate to 😂😅
To all the women out there, I just want to share that I once believed being a 10/10 physically was impossible - until I discovered the Kyra James’s Goddess Method. Much love to all of you.
I love watching your videos because they are real and just like average life/average females. You're not lifting unrealistic weights or setting unrealistic goals, or promoting unhealthy behaviour. You admit and acknowledge when you've let things slip and want to take control again. It's like watching me on screen and I feel so empowered by your positivity. Thank you Susie ❤
I've been feeling burnt out these past couple of weeks from uni stress, and this def' helps a lot with motivation for pushing through the last hard weeks i have left this semester. Thank you sunshine
I feel tired just by watching you doing your workout. Your willpower is definitely a source of inspiration, maybe someday I’ll have 1/3 of this motivation with the gym
Susie I really want to thank you because you are the one who encouraged me to start working out and now I am currently on my working out journey. Thank you so much Susie 🥰🥰❤❤❤
Hi Susie!! I love your videos you have inspired this lazy gal to get back into moving my body! I also love how real you are for your fitness and diet.. your humor is the highlight of my day ❤️
Hi Susie! I've been watching you for a few years now. I have pretty bad depression and you honestly make me smile. I actually just bought the sweat program to begin my self-love journey and i look forward to your second video coming up! Thank you for being you!
Dayum that 1mil is fast approaching ❤ been subbed since 2020 with the chloe ting vid, you've always been my proper comfort watch! Happy to see the recognition you're getting x
That gym bro at 16:15 looking at you funny ;). Thansk for being so honest and open about your journey! I've been trying to be more kind to myself and it's hard...but its nice to see someone else doing the same and reminding me too.
i wish you would let yourself admit that part of doing this is to look good. it's okay to want to look hot. and it isn't toxic diet culture to show that becoming hotter is attainable through exercise and a healthy diet, even in a short amount of time!
I think this is a slippery slope though if it isn't articulated well or shown well on camera. Because hotter for who, and what are we considering hot? It's totally fine to say that you want to look a certain way, but a lot of influencers just say they're going to get hot/sexy/whatever, where the implication is that being hot/sexy means adhering to beauty standards by getting as skinny as possible. I don't disagree with your general point that it's fine to work out for cosmetic reasons. I just wonder if maybe Susie doesn't go that route because it's really easy to misspeak and potentially send the wrong message to her audience. Some people also genuinely don't care what they look like and live a healthy lifestyle in order to feel physically or mentally good (which is what Susie has said repeatedly over the years), so we just can't assume and put words in other people's mouths.
Susie, you inspire me so much. I've had 2 fractures this year and missed so much time at the gym. Like today, I was booked for a class but slept until 10.30 am 🙄, so I missed the class. I've got a lot of catching up to do. Thanks for the inspiration ❤❤xx
This just reminded me, the first video of yours I ever watched was you doing a Chloe Ting challenge and I’ve been following you ever since. Love your stuff and glad you’re taking care of yourself still all this time later ☺️
I really want to get back in the gym, I haven’t been in 6 years. Unfortunately my anxiety is so bad at the moment that I can only go to work and home. Your videos inspire me as a fellow Canberra girly, you are honest and motivating. I’ve started little work outs at home with the weights I have to try and shit my mental health.
Ahh! Susie! Can I just say you have inspired me to get back to working out and moving my body! 6 months ago my long term relationship ended and I unexpectedly moved from my childhood home. So much was happening that I stopped working out. Now, I'm ready to get back at it and watching your videos has given me the motivation to do so! So thank you! 🩷
Susie! TYSFM for literally being YOU & creating content 💟 I honestly love not only your videos and personality but also the overall healthy mindset you show us. I hope you genuinely understand how appreciated that is. FOR REAL. The no-ozempic, let's-work-it-out fitness commitment is just refreshing and REALLY encouraging. The honesty and authenticity you show is both hilarious but LITERALLY relatable. 𝐼'𝓂 𝒽𝒶𝓋𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝒶 𝒸𝒶𝓅𝓈 𝒶𝓉𝓉𝒶𝒸𝓀, 𝒷𝓊𝓉 𝓁𝒾𝓀𝑒 𝓇𝑒𝑔𝓊𝓁𝒶𝓇 𝓉𝑒𝓍𝓉 𝒸𝒶𝓃 𝑜𝓃𝓁𝓎 𝑒𝓍𝓅𝓇𝑒𝓈𝓈 𝓈𝑜 𝓂𝓊𝒸𝒽 𝓎𝒶 𝓀𝓃𝑜𝓌. Anyways, sending all encouragement and positivity feels your way ✨🎀
Go Susieeeeee!!!! You're killing ittt!! I recently started a running challenge and it's already got so much easier after just two weeks, I'm so excited to keep getting faster and run longer distances... Let's go everybody, we got thiíiss!!!❤❤🎉🎉
This motivates me to begin my fitness journey. I always wait after the holidays cause i want to eat. But it’s all about balance! And I love that you had rest days and breaks in between. Thank you so much for sharing this!
First of all, congrats, that's a great lifestyle change! I also aspire to go back to being more active and stronger! 🔥 Could you please consider doing the result comparison in the same outfit before and after? While I don't think it's the most important change (the visual part), it really is impressive and inspirational (as we, the audiance, don't get to feel how much better you feel, but we get to see the visual difference) but when you show it in compeletely different outfits it doesn't do it justice. Btw. your 'after' is literally my goal, you look so good now! 🙌
So so proud of you, I’ve been watching your videos for the longest time and I love watching you grow and have self confidence. Love you girl and keep it up you’re my hero!❤❤
I used to watch your videos like 5 years ago and I was in best shape that time. I used to workout everyday watching your videos I loved and videos and suddenly I was busy planning my wedding I just lost track of what videos I was watching and now suddenly one fine day ur video popped on my TH-cam Home Screen and it got me so so so happy 😁 ❤
Way to go, Susie!!! I recognized that Eras Tour crew neck from a mile away 😂 you’re inspiring me to go on a four-week+ fitness reset journey 💪🏼 you rock!!
I keep telling myself I need to work out again, bc it really helped my joint pain but I keep putting it off. This is definitely a sign to just do it and get it over with 😂
i feel like we have the same fitness journey 4 years ago i was feeling and looking amazing now im procracenating and in bad shape. needed this motivation for sure!!!
You know when you see a Susie upload first thing in the morning it’s going to be a good day! 🎉 this is super motivating, can’t wait to restart my fitness journey again too! ❤
The timing can’t be better i was planning to give up 😅 after a year of trying i only managed to lose 11kg and then gained 3kg whilst on a diet 🫠 I think I’ll give it another go Thank you girlll the video is really helpful, great job and can’t wait to see the other half of the challenge 👏
I've heard and do myself, take a spoonful of honey instead of pre workout. The simple sugars break down faster and gives you energy. Also two dates are said to help with energy as well!
12:24 -> talking about weakness in workouts and bloating, def pay attention to your cycle (if you have one- ik PCOS can cause a loss of period)! but otherwise that can make a huge difference in bloat and strength.
I feel like there is so much mysticism attached to PCOS b/c it's hard to diagnose and very understudied. I myself have been a victim of misinformation, lack of support from my doctors, etc. So what I LOVE about this video is that you're making an effort to uncomplicate things and set a routine. 2 small goals -- exercising and eating at least one protein-rich meal -- can have a big impact when you add consistency into the mix! And setting manageable increments -- showing that taking it one day, one week at a time can be more than enough. Thank you for being such a real and humorous source of inspiration 🩷
I love your channel. I will say that going low fat is better than no-fat simply because if your fat consumption is too low, it'll mess up your hormone production but your challenges inspire me to challenge myself to get back to my goals. my weight has been stagnant for a while despite working out and making dietary changes for a while but we gotta keep trying right? great video!
You look absolutely fantastic well done!! There is nothing wrong with wanting to improve your fitness and mental health and the physical results are such a bonus 😁🎉
Love it! You go girlllllll! Ive been off the wagon for few months. Finally, Im planning my return and getting my s*it together, seeing new gym tomorrow with first session on Monday. Thank you for the inspiration cant wait for part 2 ❤
Yesss queen! We love the strength, confidence, and comfort gains. PS. the assault bike is actual hell. I feel like it doesn't get better. No other machine kills me like that. I'll row all day rather than bike.
Hi, Susie! I’ve been a longtime watcher of your channel and remember the first time you worked with Bianca! I know you’ve talked about your struggle with PCOS-I also have PCOS. Do you feel like these exercises are accommodating to some of the PCOS symptoms/struggles? I often find going super hard in the gym raises my cortisol and wears me out, making it harder for me to be consistent. Not sure what your experience is like, I know everyone is different. Anyways, love your channel! Thanks for always being so open and authentic! 🤍
So happy you’re still here xo I honestly feel like strength training is the best for me and doesn’t raise my cortisol nearly as much as high intensity cardio workouts like the stairmaster! ❤ it looks fast in the videos but I’m really doing mostly slow and controlled movements during the workouts xx thankyou so much 💋
I just love you! Inspired me and I reached out to to my old trainer and am starting a new program today! So inspirational to be healthy and do good things for yourself! ❤
Hi Susie, the reason you might be bloated in the morning could be the protein bars, they contain a lot of sugar alcohols which are known to cause bloating. Happens to me a lot (i love protein bars though haha)
I havent watch yet, since i just woke up, but thank you susie i was hoping to do a 1 month fitness challenge myself so this video came up at the perfect time and also thabk you for making it long so i can watch it while doing a treadmill workout ❤❤❤ P. S: Will you do a chaotic christmas vlog this year? the last one was hilarious and i watched it multiple times. The chaos of you and Murray is top notch. I hope you can do it again this year.
I’ll try my best to do a Christmas video 👀 there may be moving vlogs coming soon though so I may be a bit too busy with that! Also good luck with your 1 month fitness challenge ❤ so glad you liked the last Christmas vid!
That's great progress wow, your back looks so toned in comparison! Ugh, your videos always motivate me to not skip the gym when I have rly good excuses! (Heavy flow girlies?? Yeah)
i used to think being sore meant the exercise was working too, but actually all it means is that i failed to warm up and stretch after my exercise properly. once i became super rigid about warming up for at least 5 mins, then stretching for 5 minutes and ideally using a foam roller too, my soreness became nonexistent and my body feels much better. remember soreness does not equal an effective workout!

Ahhh she’s back!! I’m about to start a challenge too!!! Love these videos Susie 💕
I LOVE your fitness challenges! 🥳 can’t wait for the next one. Thanks, a fan from Melbourne :)
I'm at the same point in my life right now and your video gave me so much Motivation! Thank you so much Suzie! 🙏Much Love from Germany 🥰💚
I swear I just set my alarm at 5:30 to start going to the gym before my work & came right to youtube just to see this vid pop in my face LOVE YOU
I love u Susie, your energy and also your sense of humor in your videos 😂❤

@@SusieJTodd ooooh thats exciting. Good luck with those plans, im sure i will still enjoy whatever content you upload. Thank you ❤️
My absolute favourite TH-camr ❤❤
Go, Susie! You are such an inspiration.❤
These are my fav vids you do! Keep up the awesome work ❤
