I love Baghali polo. I love my rice-cooker. I also loved watching this video with English subtitles activated, especially during the Persian explanation part. Of course, what the subtitles said during that part was obviously wrong but it tried to match to whatever English word sounded similar. Thank you for the recipe. Everyone should watch without subtitles and then a second time (just the Persian section) with subtitles and popcorn. Your day will be complete! 💙
