@@MaximilianonMars backed it when the kickstarter initially was announced. Played and finished blind. While quite nice, nowhere as good as the Neverhood itself (apparently the original game sold less than 50K copies when it initially launched.)

"A baaad man fell from the sky" xDxD classic. I always have that phrase stuck in my head. Also, whenever somebody says "number nine" ....in my head, i'm just like: Number Niiiiine =D
Anyone else used to feel uncomfortable with claymation? It used to scared tf out of me. Now I’m older it still makes me somewhat uneasy. Cannot explain it.
This intro does everything so fast it's such a baller into. Klogg falls onto a foreign planet and instantly decapitates and skins a native and declares himself ruler. Klaymen gets snatched by an automatically worn flight suit and just goes along with it, his only reaction is to take photos of his trip.
@magggie1 They mention Planet Idznak and the Ynts and Skullmonkeys in that huge room with the literal walls of text, though, and this IS a direct continuation so technically we start this scene at the end of Neverhood.
I have been looking for this game for so long. I remember laughing my ass off at the ps1 demo and that was probably 8 years ago now I finally fucking found it.
I’m almost curious what the previous numbers of the Evil Engine were. Part of me figured one of the models was the Clockwork Beast, but i don’t remember if he was made by Hoborg or Klogg
All stories should start with "A bad man fell from the sky..."
I think that's the voice of Klayman
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*exactly*
@@Voldrim359 it's jerry-o
Yes!
It still seems weird that a game as obscure as The Neverhood received a sequel. It's a shame there weren't more of them.
Check what Doug Tenaple has been up to, Amikrog is a 'spiritual' sequel to these games.

If I recall correctly it was meant to be a franchise, but after first game, its sort of sequel, and spin off, nothing else came from it.
It took me +10 years to realise that this game was a sequel...
You aren't the only one
Haha same. I loved playing skullmonkeys, but i didn't know that neverhood existed and that it was a sequel to that game.
Wait

*Cut to Skullmonkeys automatically seeing Klogg as a god*
Face it Jerry-O, you’re the only Skullmonkey who’s a genius.

This underrated game needs to return for all gaming platforms.
you'll never see a villain rip off someone's head and skin him and wear it like a cape in children's games today

Ahhhhhhhh!!!.....
I love Klaymen, I just find it so sweet when he starts taking pics for some reason.

Platform games. Rayman and gex. And this one skullmonkeys.
The Intro of this game freaked me the f*** out as a kid never touched the game after that! :D
@MrNinjaSpartan The explanation is that you knock Klogg off the Neverhood at the end of The Neverhood. This is where he happens to fall.
