New theory to fix pathing. Everything is on a grid with a square as the space for your units and buildings. The square only has four edges, but if the geometrical aspect changes to a hexagon, and probably with the units (the circle when they are selected to a hexagon) were changed as well, then it would follow that they would "nest" in the spaces on the landscape and next to each other in formation better. But there is probably something else going on that I'm not thinking of that's affecting it as well.

Kickabout in English probably covers the kind of ad hoc pickup game of football in the introduction, though applicable at all ages and abilities. 'Sunday League' on the other hand is much more a structured way of playing, amateur but very much competitive and organised as compared to the former.

You said Byzantines might be best on this map. I wonder how Teutons and Britons do? Britons with their super long range and warwolf trebs would probably do good as well, and Teutons also has bombard towers.
