People will always lay claim to how a band is so underrated that it is criminal, but that cannot be any truer for this band. They deserve so much more accolades and recognition. Their sound is so unique and melodic that it cannot be put into context.
To Submotion Orchestra, this song really helped me through a dark time in my life a couple of years ago, just after this song came out. So all I can say is thank you and keep smashing these beautiful and amazing tracks.

Up there in the same dizzy heights of London Grammar. With so much music these days it took a visit to a local hifi store to hear Submotion Orchestra. Often the best part of any visit is the music.
Was very amazed by "Kites" album: soundscapes, singing and etc. As for the video, expected something like Promises by Nero - cyber/futurist/japanese/cold/frozen or simply something in 50s noir movies style, not ordinary "autumn in UK from my iphone viewpoint" flicks! Anyway, sonically "Kites" is one of the best albums of 2018...
This group here doesn't get the recognition in the U.S. Maybe some know. This group is becoming one of my favorites. Love their vibe and sooo mellow. Just light a candle with a glass of wine and relax..
