Problem is, the house is overpriced for the location. Also, it would sell easier if it is furnished with matching drapes/curtains. BUT, again that will jack up the price and will be less attractive to buyers. I forgot to mention you should have at least the aircons
There should be another bedroom sa ground floor for an elderly relative. And also a powder room. And napansin ko medyo kulang sa privacy yung house. Parang it's too open from the outside. Yung gate medyo wide yung gap ng grates kaya kitang kita yung loob ng property.
sir advice lang. sana research mu den ung malapit na school, market, malls at other necessary establishment around the area kc magaganda ung mga bahay na nafeature mu kaso kulang ka pa sa pahohost ng house tour
If you have school grade children, Antipolo is not a good location. If this is in lower Antipolo, you should be prepared for a long drive to go to Makati due to the frequent traffic on C5

The house is actually nice with a good open space and a relaxing balcony. However, hope you can present your house tours better. Explain well and make recommendations if possible of layout design and furniture placement so the viewers can appreciate the tour better. And try to know the materials being used, like the kitchen countertops are they granite or quartz. Just an observation, no offense meant.

Imagine an expensive house tapos sink top lang eh di nagawa ng maayos at aesthetically appealing? Tapos yung height mataas lagpas sa waist line? Sigurado bang may alam yung architect sa tamang pagdedesign ng bahay? Simpleng coffee nook counter di madesign ng maayos. Dapat yung double sink height kapantay lang ng kitchen top. Half of it Naka elevate and front. Kaya pag tinignan sa harapan di nakikita ang double sink. Ganyan dapat pagdesign BOBO ng architect nyang bahay na yan.
