What a charming and capable actress is Maureen Arthur. I'd watched How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (1967) several months before the passing of its star, Robert Morse. Then immediately afterward I've watched the film a couple times a week. The on-screen chemistry between Robert Morse and Maureen Arthur is show-stopping. Sure, Robert Morse carries the production on his back the entire way but the scenes with the very talented Maureen Arthur are the best parts of the film. How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying is a precious time capsule of the mid-'60s when it was filmed. A great movie.

Is this meant to be a parody of the song "Maria" from West Side Story?
