So, I'd just like to say that there's so much potential here. I get that it's fun to 'go off' on them; however, I think that more fun could be had by making them lose their minds. I happen to work in customer service, and have done so at the highest level for several years.
If you act like an actual customer service person, they'll be much more likely to show you exactly how nasty they are. If it's someone with money, I mean real money, then you'll be able to wind them up more than anyone else. Think, people whose houses are worth more than $600k, doctors, CEOs, etc. There are other groups that are worse than others as well.
This is just a suggestion, nothing more. I get that you guys are having fun, but I really think you could get better reactions.
