@SmartTCG can you make a video on the newly improved Toedscruel ex? Cards like Earthen Vessel and counter catcher help fixing some of the deck's previous issues, and the deck has great matchups in the current meta (its worst matchup probably being Iron Valiant). It's super effective against Charizard ex, immune to Roaring Moon, and it can shutdown Chien-Pao and Goldengo (with the new Toedscruel from Paradox Rift). I'm curious to see your take on this deck.
I’ve been running pao hands online and it’s just a beast of a deck, so many different scenarios Chien pao didn’t have before. It’s genuinely good against every deck
@@vkdeen7570 I don’t usually have a problem against Miraidon, i try to get 2 baxs out on my turn 3 and it’s not too difficult with all the draw. I don’t see hands working well in Miraidon
@zionmasterz3253 it can chew the pre evolutions easily.. u have to setup ultra fast. it chews greninja and bidoof/bibarel up as well Chen pao needs a pretty full board as well so raikou trades into it well for 2 energy I've beaten 3 of the 4 games vs Chen pao with iron hands miraidon the only 1 I lost they had a ridiculously fast start and I had a poor hand. I do need to test more tho
I agree the format ain't nice for Gardy, but those same cards (Hands/Valiant) also cause problems for most all of the decks up there. They all have Frigis, Bidoofs, Pidgeys, Charmanders, etc. Right?@@SmartTCG
@@thebruisedreed9766 Gardevoir takes some turns to setup and then tries to offset this by trading 1 prize pokémons for 2 prize pokémons. Iron-hands makes this very hard to achieve.
@@spectra_pt312 Online tourneys have shown that Garde isn't doing too bad overall. Still consistently making top cuts in these 50-100 person tournaments. I think the iron valiant matchup is horrendous BUT that deck isn't as common as decks like Moon at the moment, which I feel garde has a solid matchup into. I don't think the iron hands matchup is that bad in the longterm grind game. If they have the iron hands setup really early, you just sorta concede but thats not all that different than zard dealing with that same gameplan + chien pao OHKOs. Miraidon decks also dont set up hands that fast. Garde still has favorable to decent matchups into everything else, + LZB being kinda pushed out of the meta gives it a big advantage too. We'll have to see how it does in big events.

Thanks for the lists! I think Tsareena is a sleeper. The only deck I've really had any issues with is Roaring Moon.

Gholdengo and Chien-Pao could be a very intresting combo. Irida access to any item in your deck and free 100 dmg every turn.

Sorry but the only reason the deck is now playable is Iron hands, it you dont get it or cologne then deck is kinda bad lets be honest.

jirachi hard counters sableye and iron hand fits so many decks qnd chews comfi up

@@vkdeen7570very few decks are playing jirachi, that is not a issue at all. Iron hands is a tough matchup tho.
Very able to adapt my friend, people should not sleep on it, or they could have a surprise on the table. 😂
