There are people now getting strikes and blocked for putting comments in the video, do public comments still belong to whoever put it up? There are also people who stay within the jurisdiction of fair use. Though fair use is generally done on case by case basis, is there any advice you can give on fair use?
There are also companies blocking and striking for works in the public domain. Is there anything that content creators can do in order to not be targeted on TH-cam's current system?

was working on a pitch deck hoping to get to a producer. I submitted a copyright and writer’s guild first then did a interview. I got a message from my sister, she screenshot the Fox News article showing the Mexican president with my picture saying he caught a picture of a elf three days ago. I couldn’t believe that my true story, my hard work and great horror movie idea was shown on the tonight show with my picture as the Mexican president lying. My TH-cam interview has comments now say “ hey the Mexican president took that” . I copyright it 01/20/2021 interview was ten months ago. Mexican president has been on every single social platform two weeks ago .

I am getting treats from a friend that gave me a Trumpet sample to create a song. I used the trumpet sample to make the beat, recorded the song, Mixed, Mastered it. He agreed for us to upload it for distribution. I uploaded it to be released on my Spotify page and he's too. 2 weeks later, Dude's telling me we cant release the song again. He continued that if i do he will take legal actions. I really have spent a lot of time and money to create this song. I NEED ADVICE on what to do right now

I don't think it is the IP. It is steeling jewelry designs to copyright and patent. They where already sued for copyright infringements and more but they did not know them like I do. I know the whole story behind the fraud of the company as they where my customer many years ago. I have all the proof. The FBI said to contact the National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center. It will be a big shocker to the all the consumers. It is all intentional, malicious and they need to go to prison. This is like the one person (Harry Markopolos) that new everything about Bernard Madoff but this is the biggest fraud in the jewelry business internationally.
I'm missing the licensing of sub-licenses. A lot of artists currently suffer from the Chinese menace on a formerly online bookseller with a smile on their package but shall remain unnamed. I have a ton of C&D mails for 10,000+ product detail pages concerning 1000+ individual works by 1000+ amazon sellers. And an appalling number where amazon received the takedown, claimed to have the infringement removed but haven't.
This "bookseller" has a database where sellers enter their items and other sellers can use these items from the database in their storefront. Since amazon had been notified, failed to remove the infringement isn't amazon practically sub-licensing criminally recklessly counterfeit items to any storefront owner who makes use of the infringements in the database.
Doesn't this produce damages in a license to sub-license which is determined by the number of storefronts who use this infringement?
i have a question sir. For example we have here Game A and Game B. Game A is the original creator of the game but Game B released (not copied) a game which is similar in concept but not copied. Game B didnt copy the names, the maps the desigh of the chracters but they have the same concept and play. same control i think but it depends on your settings. They dont have the same feature but they have the same gameplay and concept. Does Game A has the right to file for copyright infringement? thanks

Probably not because Game B isn’t using content from Game A.
The real question is when infringement occurs, like you said theres a spefifc area 750 to 30,000 for the said sueing but but are the cases when someone has no entire way to understand it's doing infringement and how it becomes 200 dollars for default fee?
And when you explain the reckless disgrade and such and so forth there is no display for such things as you stated other then copy righting theater movies and etc, The real question why i ask however is simply when your establishing yourself as a website how can you 100% be aware of that infringement because it might not even display if it even is copy righted?

Its just if someone has copyright law there should be a way to where it is understood that when said infringement cilent doesn't truly display the intetions of the copy right, Or to say it more plainly if it even is copy righted and then make it so vaguley or hard to see weather its copy righted as a term of what i'd like to call copy right bait?
Espisscally when so many people can go to court for just about anything for hardly no reason at all that could of been settled outside of court in a civil decent manner.

All works that are “FIXED IN A TANGIBLE MEDIUM”, that is, photos, videos, software, music, etc., are protected by copyright or eligible for protection. This applies to anything protected by copyright. FYI I am not a copyright expert, I’m just using facts on what I know.

If you have done it then you should replace it immediately with the correct version and paying for it.

The agreement was because he was the only artist man enough to talk to and admit that they used the track illegal. So it's for a feature upon my death.
I also need to put a Case against an Artists named Sho Baracka for his song My Hood 1969. He illegal took portions of my Track Central Park West". I believe he got dropped from Sony BMG, this should get you a quick settlement on that particular track to pay for some of the other legal fees and the musicologist would be the lady who did the Marvin Gaye estate lawsuit against Pharrell Williams. Her name is Sandy Wilbur and she agreed to give it an honest look. I would suggest to have a second musicologist who is an expert in chopping and sampling against the Snowgoons because they used two of my melodies and combined them to make thier song Gametime off of their 2015 release. My songs Brotherhood of Death and Hit Em Again version 4 were used to make Gametime.
Brotherhood of Death was used to also make a JayZ Brooklyn Goes Hard Remix and Drunk in love and the Weekends version of it. The Weekend then double dipped and used it again for Alone With You and pulled part of the Luke Chapter 10 verses 8-12 melody at the chorus.
