I'm on search duty but what they want & what their willing to compromise for him to enjoy his high school experience with his friends ok. The conflict I have is how much cheaper the taxes are when get out of town. The difference blow my mind but I think I need to talk to them & probably get my daughter inlaw to call. My opinion is they should look at this being their 1st home purchase and if they still want to move out to Privacy & have both ground good for growing crops plus seclusion, they can sell & buy again in 4 years or so, but it's too bad alot is going to be gone. Travel distance to work is different for both of them & my son works in Bangor doesn't want a long commute put funny thing is he's the one that also wants seclusion lol. I will talk to them about giving you a call.

Taxes estimated at $216 for 2021. Pole lines are there but not connected to the grid.
