Yeah it's jams, but there's a mix of structure and musicianship that is off the charts, so it's sort of the Dead meets grooves .. whatever, it's just quality music from various places all over America and that's that ..
Something has happened on this tour. The patience in this jam and the end of the OKC Arcadia is a massive progression. They are climbing right now. Wow!
I tell everyone, see these guys in a small venue NOW while you still can! In a couple years, they'll be selling out amphitheaters and their own festivals.
Just to put things in perspective (for you guys @Goose)...there are people out there (me) who love your music, but have no idea what your names are....you're just freakin' Goose to me. One band...one name...one sound, right? I can see how you guys miss these smaller shows, eh? Get to actually enjoy the faces and watch people freak out :). Enjoy, gentlemen. Great stuff.
Trevor Weeks, bass; Ben Atkind, drums; Rick Mitarotonda, guitar and vox; Peter Anspach, keys guitar and vox; Jeffrey Arevelo, percussion and vox (L to R looking at stage)
Have been checking goose out on TH-cam for 3 years now. It’s about time to take a trip and take it in live. Their progress since the drive in shows is incredible. Probably will be my go to as Phish fizzles out to destination shows. The shows go on!
Just when I thought there's no possible way for my musical pallet be tingled anymore by Goose I bond upon this. So much here.. reminds me of Of some Peter Gabriel grooves. What a combination that would be someday,, the builds, crescendos. are just crazy.
A truly special moment from a special run. One to look back on for years to come! Could you imagine ticket prices (and the mere seconds that it would take to sell out) if they ever played the belly up again???

@Robby Caseria Just like the Orange Peel here in Asheville, NC. We have an arena and a theater but bigger bands book the Orange Peel than one would think. Goose has most certainly outgrown it around these parts but I know what you mean.
@@joshevans3452 I am patiently waiting for OP to book goose. I have, and I’m sure you have as well, seen so many amazing acts on that stage. They’d make that floor bounce
They need to learn to be uncomfortable in the jams on these massive stages when nothing is really happening. Listen to those big 95 Tweezers. That shit is uncomfortable and WEIRD. It is not easy listening music. The magic comes from the discomfort. It's okay for it to sound like trash for a little bit. Take the risk. Don't be scared. When it's all copacetic all the time, it's not interesting.
Saw them at the Mission Ballroom last night, sadly, it was a disappointing show! Some songs were tight as hell and some where all over the place! In my opinion, last nights show didn’t measure up to the sculpture park shows earlier in the year!
Weird, I thought they killed it both nights at the Mission. I mean they killed it at Sculpture too, but I thought they really stepped it up a notch this weekend.
@@robertmargesson1819 Same, although the second set night one of sculpture was literally every song I was hoping to hear plus two I had never heard but now are among my favorites.

Hot damn! That jam starting at 16:30 is it! Love you guys. Can't get enough.
Thanks man.

gawd this extended mad world themed jam is just phenomenal
Getting better and better. This was a next level jam. Gooooooooose!
Ben is such a beast on those drums🤯. They are all extremely talented and are deadly good at letting the music play them🙏.
Just wish T was a bit more expressive. Seems like he's channeling the demeanor of Eric Wilson.
cotter is better tho

Jeff in the Buc-ee’s shirt has officially made him my favorite member of this band, sorry Rich
I love how many shows are being captured with this audiovisual quality. Makes them super accessible.
