This is one of the very very very few albums or anything to actually emotionally fuck me up. Despite my anime picture I have have no clue what are in the lyrics ( big surprise ) but how the album ends just, tore me about. The barely noticeable spoken word ( which if you could translate for me would be great ) followed by the piano closer just made me tear up a bit as it was a throw back to the first song.
But then it just cuts out very ugly, and it just made me angry cause I was really enjoying it. But I want to say it's intentional? Like life can finally start to get good and beautiful after years of ugliness, sadness and chaos, and just when things are right in the world, you can just die in an instant.
That's powerful shit my dudes. As a long time fan of the J rock scene from Luna Sea to Malice Mizer, Shazna, Sigh, Lareine and everything in between. It's so amazing to see one of my favorite subgenres of metal get a twist by a country whose music I really do enjoy.
It fills the hole that Agalloch left in my heart. Seriously thank you.

Japanese melancholy is always top notch, they are my go to band to feel depressed, btw I'm also from Colombia.

This is incredible! It brings to mind feelings of the old Black Legions stuff, with a bit of a Xasthur feel, and some originality thrown in there too. Truly the best thing I've heard in a while, I wish I had heard of these guys sooner.

Asunojokei you guys are amazing. I really wish i was fluent in japanese. Nonetheless i can still feel all of the emotion. You guys are better than most english black metal as an instrumental band vs being able to understand the vocals. You guys more than make up for it. You guys are like a progressive side of black metal, similar to what Alcest does but a little more brutal and with more technical passages. You are trully a great band.
