But without the plot armor's protective force field of serendipity, this clone , faithfully following its genetic predilection to cowardice, is exposed as "not the true commissar". And our hero comes out triumphant once again.

Soon we’ll have Inquisitor Amberly Vale introduced to our boy Cain reveled after being seen as a undercover dancer but I see they have already met so it’s Tau conspiracy/controversy 😉😉 great moment tho with the salnesh deamon taking the face of beloved partners and guardsmen being in awe while Cain says “impersonation of a inquistor is punishable by death” and the deamon is surprised in the next book there’s little notes and tidbits by Vale too from what I heard I think
