Understanding how to TRIM your DOG with SHEARS the right way is important when grooming your dog at home. My favorite dog grooming shear is my Blending shear. I splurged based on your recommendations and got got the 3 piece kenchii love set with a chunker and the JD blender. My shears aren't cutting great you mentioned in a recent live that some can get dull after 1-2 uses. I thought it was just me not knowing what I'm doing. But I'll report back when I get my new set!

HelloThank you for your videos. My English sheepdog for his first trim was cut very short due to matting. Im not sure what happened but he was burnt on the belly and since then Ive simply cut his hair myself as Im terrified to take him to a groomer. I will eventually get over this but in the meantime I need to do a better job. Your videos do make a big difference.

I just started watching your channel I just started grooming my Australian labradoodles one time lol didn’t have much luck with the clippers they were afraid of the sound so what I did was just use straight scissors then I heard u say blender ones so I bought a set that had blenders in but it took me forever 3 days lol I wonder if I could use clippers the checkers and blenders but could you plz tell me a cheaper pairs I just can’t afford expensive ones right now . I do really like your channel thank you so much. I used the small blender scissors all over
I just use H-42 to clean shears as well as clipper blades.

She doesn't have the time to watch videos after working all day. I'm her only shih tzu but she just doesn't know about the conditioner.. shears etc. If you can give me your email I will show you Cocos hair. She's a beauty but needs better quality products. Lv San Bernard I will spend the money.

I have a biewer terrier puppy who's coat is extremely thin, what is the best way to groom her hair? Im afraid she cant be cut short because you can see her skin even through her longer hair.
She should have at least 1/2” of coat after she is trimmed. 👍

Kenchii love shear is a beginner shear. If you are going to groom dogs you need adequate tools. I can’t offer you any other advice on that subject.
Is the scissor oil only meant for shears or can it also be used on clipper blades?
Scissor and clipper oil are different.
I have a neutered, male long-haired dachshund. He is growing what looks like "fuzz" on the legs and thighs. How would I groom this? It's really ugly... sticks out (does not lay nicely down) and is a shade lighter than his other fur. Help please!

You need to send them back to Kenchii for repair. They have a form on their website that explains how to send your shears to them to be sharpened and adjusted. You cannot do this yourself, it requires their precision to fix them.
If I bring my 2 year old multi mixed girl to you , would you perform a miracle for me ? She has an undercoat that is as thick as a sheep in places and also very fluffy and her tail is so long and fluffy. She so afraid at the groomer. I have only tried it once and the groomer said she couldn’t finished her because she was shaking so bad. Didn’t get a refund even. What do you think ? My babies name is Hallie bear. I love your show! It depends on the type of shear you’re looking forever. Can’t just buy a set and except all the shears to be amazing. They’re all different style, weight, ect

Since I've only done my yorkie for 15 years.. do you think out the coat from top to bottom or underneath. I sent you her video from fb.
NYC groomers only care about money.. they don't want to spend 4 hours on her. I should have been a groomer. I love it. But I just don't know how to do a shih tzu. I worked an hour last nite on mats behind her ears. I uses corn starch and a sitter. Artero double flex thanks to you is my every day dematter. I need a smaller one for ears and paws and under legs.
Kenchi leading edge 26 teeth? Do I need 46 teeth or both sizes since she is small full coat shih tzu. It's getting very confusing when you go to all the sites.
Can I use 46 in teeth on chin for the puppy style she has. Or smaller she has very tiny face I've Sent you. What do I use under the chin.
