Hello ma'am I'm a college student and have most of my classes from 8:30 am. I wake up at 5:30, freshen up. read aloud affirmations, practice guided meditation from 10 mins, then plan my day, make my breakfast and then head to college. Also, I listen to my fav songs in the morning while getting ready. the only thing that was missing in my morning routine was workout or something which is good for my body. thank you so much for pointing it out. I'll make sure to incorporate it in my daily routine from tomorrow onwards. You always boost my confidence and make me fall in love with my body. sending you lots of love💌

I knew the idea of using your commute time to listen to audio books and podcast and actually whenever I wash the utensils before going to sleep I always put on any podcast on any audiobook to utilise my time😂❤ at first I somehow found it funny how I am getting knowledge at the same time I am doing household chores but also I loved the fact that I am gaining knowledge and utilising my time in a better way❤
Hey Girlies, just a reminder... the sleep gummies i.e. melatonin taken externally may cause your periods to delay. I had to take it for a while cause of irregular sleeping pattern and took it like for a month and my periods got delayed for more than week (FYI - I have very regular periods and on time) I really got terrified and did some research and found this connection about melatonin and periods . Hope this helps .

I study on my way school because i spend 1 and half hour in bus 😂 and i can't also take phone with me because it's school so i just study all my tests and i get good marks hehe PRO TIP 💖 In morning i do 20 min Yoga then i do 5 min Meditation then i get ready for school and then i breakfast and listen to songs hehe it's make me feel good 😊
