Would you be able to make a video on how to correctly insert and remove the removable appliances, preferably on yourself? And maybe some tips and tricks you found over the years when it comes to speech, discomfort and hygiene?

I’m 31 my bottom wisdom teeth came in Years ago and looking at diagrams, I believe they came in through a mesial impaction. My, right wisdom tooth is coming in. It seems to be coming in straight and it’s painful at the time as it breaks through my gums I don’t wanna remove them and would like to do this sort of treatment to fix my upper left most incisor that is slightly crooked and ideally straightened out my bottom, wisdom, teeth along with making sure that my upper wisdom teeth come in aligned

For a child (6) with a crossbite would the Vivos guide be enough or is an expander needed? Would you be able to use the two simultaneously?

Would doing an expander at the same time as braces/invisilign be ok to do for a 13 year old? Or is it recommended to do the expander first?

It is better to do the expander first. Otherwise it’s like arranging furniture before the walls are built.

@@SereneOrthodontics Thanks, that was my thought. At our appt the lady said they've never done that. Always both. Strange they never tried.
