Hey bro what's up? My guess is probably the same as you. The previous owners probably switched over to battery powered equipment. As for me I'm not comfortable at present to make that switch. Batteries are expensive versus gasoline which is not that bad at the moment here.

to be honest, putting 2 stroke mixed fuel into a mower shouldn't not do any harm to it, other than it smoking out of the tailpipe. It would seem there's more to your problem than just a little oil, in your gasoline. I would replace the spark plug and as a test, try starting the engine with ought the air filter. otherwise you may have an internal block in your carb.

How come you don’t use grease when lubing up the front wheels. I understand using a thin spray lubricant on the height adjustments, but grease will last much longer and not be as messy
not sure what exactly you're talking about, but I use Lithium "Grease" for the wheel bolts and WD40 for the height adjusters. if you're talking about A multipurpose great for the wheels, I've already said it before, it's my choice.
@@HomeGaragechannel I should have been more clear in my original comment. I always use a grease such as wheel bearing grease or a chassis lube for those wheel bolts like on this Honda. Marine grease works good too if your equipment gets rained on frequently. I find that using a wheel bearing/chassis lube like Lucas red n tacky lasts much longer than those spray lubricants. Just curious on your reasoning for using the spray lube
I hate to question u, but are u POSITIVE, the wavy washer is suppose to be inside the wheel and not outside like it it was? I feel like u say this about every Honda wheel u take off, but even my new HRX217 has the wavy washers on the outside of the wheel
@@HomeGaragechannel sure i guess, im curious. But i do believe ur following that...my question is...why are their still all these Honda mowers with the wavu washe ron the outside? Did they update the process and not update the diagram?
I do believe this is the video that I "expressed, that I wouldn't guess as to why they washer was installed on the wrong, side" and the reason is "ease", it's a 1/10 to install the washer on the outside, but when installing it on the inside, like the diagrams show, its about 4 times more difficult to do, and you need to be super careful. here's the link and use the scroll bar to find the "Front Whee" section, otherwise you'll be scrolling for awhile. www.ereplacementparts.com/honda-hrr216k2-type-pdaavin-mzcg6700001-mzcg7199999-lawn-mower-parts-c-37657_188003_188098.html

Overcomplicating this in the beginning check the oil check if it has gas in it check the air filter put gas in it if it runs it runs if it doesn't well then we'll move on to the fixing part
you make It sound so easy.
Just curious on your reasoning for using the spray lube
thanks for the clarification, the Marine grease, is actually a good idea. I use the spray grease because it's easy.

I just do not see free machines almost ever the past few years
Different culture i guess
it must be
I hate to question u, but are u POSITIVE, the wavy washer is suppose to be inside the wheel and not outside like it it was? I feel like u say this about every Honda wheel u take off, but even my new HRX217 has the wavy washers on the outside of the wheel
do you want the link to the diagrams to see for yourself?
