My first race at 10 years old. Jeff Gordon being my favorite driver. I’ll never forget that day. I had so much fun going with my dad. Martinsville is such a great track. It’s probably because of this race that I love short tracks so much.
Thanks to him. I been looking for one that was of decent quality. I had one on a tape but I lost it in a move. Tony Stewart loses his tire and he then wins the next year.
That was great comeback for Jeff Gordon from 3 laps down, to win the race, that was awesome. I know he didn't mean to spin Kurt Busch out, but Jeff went for it, but wasn't enough room to fit. On the other hand, that's short track racing.

So many contenders in this race had issues in the second half of this race. Bobby Labonte having his engine start to give out while leading with 100 laps left was rough.

Lucked out and got tickets to the cup race at Bristol the week before and went to this one as well
