I really loved the whole buildup of Silas, how he was being shown as this huge threat that even the Originals (who at that point were the pinnacle of power in the TVDU) were afraid of. Who in Kols words would “trigger the end of all time.”
The potential his character had being 2000 years old can not go unnoticed. However, it’s a shame he died so fast in the coming season although that was always his end goal anyhow. But with all that amazing buildup I can’t help but feel he turned out to be a little under utilised in the end. Also shout out to Paul for playing him so well.
Seeing that he was also a powerful witch, if they brought him back at the end of 5, i wouldn’t have minded
If he didnt want to die he couldnt have been beaten
I think it only teaches us that legends in history weren’t as great as the story tells, Siles only wanted to die in the end not to destroy or rule anything unlike what Shane and kol thought

i really loved the Silas character i wished they gave him more episodes since he was immortal and also lived more than the originals
Do one about the Hollow,she's the creator of the werewolf curse and a witch that tormented the wolves for centuries until New Orleans was built and sealed away by the African slaves who consecrated their fallen.They feared her and her darkness.To be honest,to see a witch of color defeat the originals was just so cathartic when they spit on the witches,they used and brutalized for centuries.
I also believe she wasn't born evil,but corrupted over time by the magick her elders cursed her with.Her village treated her like a weapon and that's what they got,darkness isn't born,it's created.
Also Qetiysah should get a video as well,she was the creator of human immortality.
Why does it matter that she was a person of color who defeated them? Why do some people bring race into everything? Most people don't even see it or think about it until its brought up like this. So pointless

I was kinda dissapointed,the build up for Silas was so great just like with Klaus,he was introduced as the greatest evil etc.But when he came he was just one goofy immortal,I mean he did some "evil" stuff but after everything they said about him,and an original vampire being scared of him i kinda expected more destruction or something when he came(like the K's did)

Silas was more powerful than any other character....he even managed to show klaus the fear of death...the only reason he died because of poor writing.

Silas and Amara are like the TVD Romeo and Juliet but way more darker. Silas never was able to have eternity with Amara seeing he died a witch and Amara completely human. Silas in the supernatural other side with Qetsiyah for eternity and Amara all alone wherever she went. At least if you believe in heaven and all that Romeo and Juliet were supposedly reunited after death in heaven.

I though Silas was awesome and so was Qetsiyah I thought how they met there end was stupid there were two of the most powerful witches in the world and they were defeated in less than half a season. I get Silas wanted to die but his storyline could have been better if you ask me.

A ripper of the strongest fastest blood sucking flesh eating beast, who feed's on anything that have a live, he doesn't feed on just human, he feeds on warewolf , vampire , animal he eats everything,. He is the strongest vampire in universe, it's why the writer, didn't make him loose it , because he will kill all of them, and he won't be able to make more sense, that's why the writer makes everyone looks for him just to remind him of his humanity,
So fucking give him his respect . If the fucking writer didn't manipulate him ,by sending everyone of them to go look for him, and fight to remind him of his humanity before he turns back into his true ripper . Your so called favorites character won't be alive to even get to seasons 2 😡😡😡😡😡

He is older than the original family,the hollow(who curse a tribe to make the werewolf),than the malivore
Since the malivore was created to eradicate supernatural creatures
Silas hypnotic and telepathic powers exceeds one of an original hybrid and still torment him when he is long gone
This already makes you understand that Silas is no joke
He died because he wanted to die with amara
Note aside legacies became soo trash that they had to cancel a suite

He should be stronger in theory due to how vampirism works in TVD
But each time he died by someone weaker than him
The only thing that really pose a problem for TVDU
