Semolina it's type of flour specially for make dry pasta also good for straching pizza and make pizza and bread. I recommend to use olive oil for pizzas and bread

Olive oil, i used vegetable oil till now i read comment from you sir, vegetable oil makes my pizza oily and not great at all, so i trick them with use just a little vegetable oil... Next i try using olive oil sir...
I need the subtitles to fully understand your videos and there were none. But I got it overall. I have trouble stretching my dough so that it is at least 30 cm in diameter. It retracts and is too thin in the center, almost transparent. I will try again by putting the semolina in the center. Thanks for your advices !
