I took a tour with Tibetan Encounter for a half day tour, we took a trip to Sarangkot Hill to view the sunrise at 5.30am and proceeded to the Tibetan village to have some breakfast and learned about the history, met local monks and met a Tibetan doctor. It'll finish around 2pm.
