Winnie, I went to the San Francisco Chanel yesterday and the told me they only alter for the current season. They sent me to a seamstress who charged me $120 to bring up the sleeves at the shoulder.

I know that "P "signifies the season, but find it strange that a lambskin jacket would be labeled for the spring-summer. Wouldn't "A" for autumn-winter be more fitting? Do you only buy designer clothing from online sellers who sells only designer fashions, or can it be a mix of high and low? I know that a seller who specializes in selling designer clothing may be more knowledgeable, and that could be a good reason.
Hi Winnie, you’ve got me hooked. Where do you look for pictures of vintage jackets. I.e. 1990s since I cant find them on vogue and can you show me what the corner of the inside jacket looks like. I saw a 99’ jacket that had the lining, the chain, the buttons, but the end of where the jacket meet the lining bugged me so I returned it. I wanted to know if the 90’s jackets were made that way (instead of the lining all the way to the edge of the jacket). Thanks!

My jacket hasn't been altered before so it should be free for the first time..not sure how this works...as I got my other jacket altered for free last time...
