OMG, we never got a comment from Japan before 😀 You're the man StanInJapan 👍 Hope you'll subscribe and that way you'll get to see some summer boating too. Thanks for watching. H&M
there's ruins of a church on church island in Garadice lough harry, i managed to tie up on the landing jetty, love haughtons shore, always stay the night there on the return trip to carrick from enniskillen.
Were you able to get the cruiser into the jetty or did you row in? There is a story about the stone windows in the church going missing and being mysteriously returned some years later. Love to find out more about it.
@@DriftwoodBoatBlog i took the small Broom HT 29ft cruiser in to the jetty, 2ft 6inch draft was watching my depth though. There was a mad goat on it, but the church was cool.
We're delighted to hear that you enjoy the video, hope you will subscribe to the channel 👍 Do let us know how your trip to Irelad goes, hopefully the weather will be fine
Hi Pat, ye this is an ongoing debate between Mar and myself! I dont want one for a few reasons, catches the wind, makes my outdoor stearing position into an indoor one Etc. I did compromise and agree to a bimini but we never got round to getting that either! I guess I just love the airy viability of not having a canopy. We'll see how long it takes for Mar to get her way 😁
@@patheg12 Met you in lanesborough a year or two ago I think? Your boat is a cream colour? Oh and ye bridges are another reason! If Mar sees that canopy on your boat I really will be under pressure to concede!
No not me , I bought this approx 14 years ago , and 9 years ago thought I do a quick refurb , anyway going back in the water this year March ish. Looking forward to it. 😀😀
Good on you, boating in winter.
Thanks from Japan.
My wife and I are jealous.

@@looneyirish007 Thanks for that, I might try to creap up to it very slowly 🤞I'd be more worried about the goat 😂

I have the same type of boate, and considering fitting one this year,
