I never understood what Quality Control meant until I listened to the Guru himself. All the definitions I have come across on the internet have reduced the meaning of Quality Control to mere inspection or verification. But the Guru says it is all the measures the operating forces deploy to safeguard or maintain the Quality Plan. In other words it could even include the Operating forces developing sub-procedures to meet that goal. It is not just mere inspection of the final product. Thank you Dr Juran

Very important job for upper managers on quality management. Key take away from this video seminar by Dr. Juran. Upper Managers must organise a council; set a strategy and a goal; review; give recognition.

Organisations promote the wrong people to positions of seniority for the wrong reasons - default to next person up, longevity of tenure, nepotism - not expertise, competence, vision. That is all.

At first It seems like a fixed perfect planning but it's not , the planning should be flexible

The Pareto Chart is named after the 19th century Italian economist Vilfredo Pareto, whose research was used by Joseph Juran in formulating what he called the Pareto Principle: Relatively few vital factors (as little as 20%) are responsible for the vast majority (as much as 80%) of all problems in any process or system.

      [...likaiy lä yaküna dülatan baina-l-aghniyä']
baina (Ar) = between 2 matters or things. In the above verse it is translated as among.
ghaniy (Ar) = singular for aghniyä'.
      dülah. (Ar) = about monopoly.
